It's a fact, and we'll continue to stress nutrition day in and day out. You can exercise all you want, but if you are not in control of your food intake, you cannot succeed. Getting the proper nutrition is one thing, but if you don't have control of how much you eat, that too is a problem you must overcome. There is so much TV hype about powders, diet foods, etc. All gimmicks. Quality food and proper portions is what you need.
Everyone is different. We perform pre-contest assessments to ensure we understand each contestant. This helps us ensure we provide the right level of training to each contestant. We also will provide some basic self help training tips that you can use if you are following along with our contestants. You should always consult your physician before you perform any long term exercise programs and consider finding a training coach to help get you started correctly.
We've talked about nutrition and exercise, but the hardest thing to change is your lifestyle. To truly succeed, you must be prepared to change your lifestyle, change the habits that got you to where you are. If you truly invest yourself in our program, then you'll learn an entire new lifestyle of balanced nutrition and exercise that you can share with family, friends and co-workers. Having a solid support structure to encourage you through the journey is a key to solid success. Not only will you be able succeed easier, but then your ability to pass on what you've learned will only help to benefit others.
