First day of marathon training… That was hard work, but awesome to know that I could jog for that long. I am sore tonight and might have pulled a leg muscle, but it is all part of it. I can’t wait to see how far I can go. I have to master those stairs, they have a way of really kicking my butt. Thank you FWSW!!!
