I am a 34 year old Single mother of 3 children. A son and two daughters who keep me very busy. I work in the medical field and love what I do. In my free time I like to read, write, and attend athletic events, mainly my son’s. I just enjoy life, laughter, and family.
Good seeing you today!
Happy Mother’s Day! You’ve been doing great! Keep up the good work.
Danyeal-

You’re doing awesome. I guess I didn’t realize how much you have lost until I just saw your picture on here! I want a rematch on the basketball court. Pink team is going down next time.
you did FANTASTIC today! I saw how hard you were working! Keep up the good work! You will continue to see amazing results!
Danyeal,

Karen
That was one heck of a workout this morning! Everyone worked really hard! I was walking aroung today, and fort the first time in years, I actually felt lighter. I know I have a long way to go, but I am really starting to feel the difference, I’m waiting a little longer before I start trying on the smaller clothing though.
Way to rock it girl! We totally have to keep our winning streak in Basketball. You are doing wonderful, keep it up!
** GO PINK **
Go ahead and try on the smaller clothing. You will be shocked at your progress and it is hard to imagine without having some real-life measure – like a dress size!
Try smaller clothes you might surprise yourself!!! It can be one of your goals this week! I have a pair of jeans that I can’t quite fit in to yet and I put them on about once a week just to see how much closer I am getting to being able to wear them. Even if I can only move them half an inch further up my leg, it is always progress!! Don’t be afraid, try a smaller outfit this week!!
Yes, Danyeal! Do it! I always have a smaller pair of jeans to try on once a week. It is so encouraging to see them fit a little bit more each week! And you really will see that happen! nd it feels so GOOD to wear something that fits and to know that it is a smaller size! I am a week or two away from the next size down in jeans! Woohoo!
Go Girl! You are doing great!
I had been beating myself up after last nights weigh-in. One thing that those close to me know is that I am my worst critic and always have been. I know this is something that I have to work on because it is one of the things that caused my emotional eating. I really had to take time to reflect on what I have accomplised. And the first thing that came to mind was how I did go shopping this weekend. It was unintentional. I just happened to need something to wear for a church function. I was so excited after trying on shirts, pants, and skirts. I was able to get into clothing a size or two smaller than what I’ve been wearing. I still have one outfit in my closet that I plan on wearing by the end of this. That’s only part of my motivation. I have the love and support of a wonderful family and really good friends who are behind me 100%. But at the end of the day, it’s about what’s best for me and what I will win at the end of this. And as far as I’m concerned, that will be my life back again. So, last week is history!! There’s only one way to go from here, and that’s down.( weight, that is). Thank you everyone for all of the encouragement, support, and words of wisdom. See you all in the morning!
Sorry I was not at Wednesday workout, missed everyone
Crohn’s hit Tuesday afternoon
