You’re doing awesome. I know you did great at the marathon yesterday! I’m so proud of you. Who would’ve thought this is where we would be 13 years ago. Can’t wait to see you’re progress tomorrow. Happy Mother’s Day! You’ve been doing great! Keep up the good work.
It’s great that you ran the mini marathon. You’re working so hard, keep it up. GO BLUE TEAM!!!
are you ready to sweat buckets with me at amber’s class tomorrow?! GO BLUUUUUUUUUUE!!!!
Meagan: Nice to talk to you today. Keep up the sprits, weight loss is killing me, we all need support. 13k is just around the corner

You go girl!! You are doing wonderful and should be so proud with the Mini you ran. Now you can shave even more time off of your May Mini when we do the July Mini. Way to rock it out!
** GO PINK **
So impressed that you did the mini in Indy! Especially with that cold…you are awesome! Way to kick butt!
Meagan – was so nice to see you tonight – can’t wait to see you every morning!
Great job this past week! I am so glad that you continue to push yourself harder than the week before. The hard work is starting to show! Rejoice!!!
Week 8…Wow how time has flown. Although I am only down about 12 pounds. I do believe I have learned so much about myself in the last 8 weeks. Here is just a few of the things I have learned!
1. I can do a full 30 minutes on the stair climber (even with Rick turning it up all the time)
2. I kind of enjoy my steamed broccoli
3. I am running at a speed of 5.5 and keeping up without being so out of breath.
4. Food comes fresh too! (not just fried)
5. I can make it up the stairs 5 times (not sure if it is going to get any easier…I just think the recovery time is a little faster)
6. I can keep my hands up by my face when boxing especially when Becky & Tom are around.
7. Never make eye contact with Rick when he is just waiting to challenge someone!
8. Keeping my knees up in Amber’s class is a good thing!
9. Never think of putting Peanut Butter in my protein shake per Trainer Becky!
10. I can take a shower and get to work in about 40 minutes!
My life has changed so much. I am not a big pound dropper each week but, I am doing things I have never done before. I am eating so much better, getting out and moving so much more than ever. I am trying new things! Meeting new people. Learning how to manage a lifestyle that takes a lot of preparation. My number one fan is always telling me I am doing great! I love her for that. My Mom use to be my number one supporter and when she passed I wondered how I would get through each day with out hearing her encouraging voice. I am doing it. Sometimes I feel like I don’t know how but, I am. I really miss my Mom but, I know she would want me to succeed. I more importantly I want to succeed. To do something that I have never been able to do on my own.
Megan,
You have such a great attitude! I always enjoy talking with you. Keep up the good work. You ARE moving in the right direction.
I am sorry that you lost your teammate today. I know that you two were close. I will be happy to help fill any void that you may have. You two might have been blue, but we are all FWSW family.
Sorry I was not at Wednesday workout, missed everyone
Crohn’s hit Tuesday afternoon
Spent all night in and around the toilet

The other day while we were running, you said that you are not about speed, but slow and steady and in it to finish. Well, you weight loss has been just that, slow and steady. You are going to beat your battle with your weight. Slow and steady. You will overcome your food issues. Slow and steady. You WILL be successfull in this journey. You are doing great and you can really tell that you are getting healthier! Way to go!

You know it started raining tonight right after I stepped off the scale. I believe that was my Mom in heaven crying tears of JOY because her daughter is here on earth is making changes everyday that will effect her quality of life. Mom is my inspiration!
You’re doing so great. Mama Jo would be so proud. I’m glad that we get to do this together, even though we really haven’t gotten to spend any quality time with each other, it’s still so nice to see a familiar face in the crowd and know that you’re there. You look awesome! Hope that we can keep it up together once this is done with. Love ya girlie!! Keep up the hard work.
You’re so fun, I just love the oddball things you say, especially sitting in your underwear in the locker room! LOL! Happy to have made a new friend in you! You’re doing a great job, keep it up!
