Our program is designed to give you the right exercises for you

Everyone is different.  We perform pre-contest assessments to ensure we understand each contestant.  This helps us ensure we provide the right level of training to each contestant.  We also will provide some basic self help training tips that you can use if you are following along with our contestants.  You should always consult your physician before you perform any long term exercise programs and consider finding a training coach to help get you started correctly.
