It's a fact, and we'll continue to stress nutrition day in and day out.  You can exercise all you want, but if you are not in control of your food intake, you cannot succeed.  Getting the proper nutrition is one thing, but if you don't have control of how much you eat, that too is a problem you must overcome.  There is so much TV hype about powders, diet foods, etc.  All gimmicks.  Quality food and proper portions is what you need.
