Being under 400 lbs for the first time in 8 years is a great feeling. Now I'm on a new mission and im not sure how long it well take to accomplish but i well succeed. July 8th well be the finishing  step one in the not new but improved me.

6-12

Last week weight in was great i lost ten pounds.  4 pounds away from being under 400 for the first time in a long time. I confess im a little nervous about it all. A few weeks till the contest is done and ill be responsible for keeping myself accountable. I know I can do it. I am strong and i can actually say that I am looking forward to the next episode of My Life. For a long time it really didn't matter to me what came next. But now I believe there is a light at end of the tunnel. I know I don't say it a whole lot but I truly am grateful for all the opportunities I've been given.

6-4

had a good week of working out and and eating right. Had very crazy weekend with my nephew graduating and working all weekend. Still i feel good my focus is on.  Have my eye on braking the 400 mark.

5-29

This week has been a little ruff but working through it. Staying positive is sometimes a challenge. My fellow pool people have been helpfully in keeping my head up. Telling to write more about life and whats going on in it. There are some cool things like my little brother has been inspired by my weight loss and has lost 26 lbs since we started. Going to start looking for a kayak witch makes me very excited. I still got a lot of work ahead of me well get it done.

5-22

Last week was definitely a great weight in losing 12.6 lbs.  This week has been ruff.  Sometimes life throws a lot at you at once and you chose how to handle it. Take the easy way out or work hard. This week I chose to work hard. The balance between working out going to work does to leave a lot of down time.  Work hard have fun and take it day by day.

5-14

I worked hard and hope it shows Monday. Focused on bettering myself mentally and physically. I bought some shorts to sizes small then i was wearing and it was a good feeling. I want more of those feelings.

4-30

I swam 2 miles this week. I have to stay focused on the future and stay positive.  Take care of the injuries and work hard. I know all  the hard work well pay off in the long run. I well succeed.

 4-23

Weighting over 400 lbs for the last ten years has taken a toll on my body. I never realized how much until i started this journey. My focused on the future brain tells me to push harder and my body tells me to slow down. It is very confusing and my brain wins out more times then not.

Last week was tough but survive a long way to go but we'll get there. Learning a lot about myself. Trying to get ready for what ever they through my way.

4/2/17
People keep asking me what I get if I win? I tell them freedom. I've got a long way to go, but I know I will get there. This first week was hard and I loved it. I'm around some really amazing people who truly care and believe in me. I cannot wait to see what comes next on this journey.

All week people have been asking how I feel? The truth is I feel good. My body is sore but I love it. I'm going to succeed! Week one was great. I met a lot of great people who truly care about people. I'm ready i well get this done.
