We have been married for 15 years. We have a beautiful daughter named Cassandra who graduated from IU Bloomington with a Bachelor degree in Journalism May 2009. She is currently in Grad School at DePaul and will graduate in 2011! We are so proud of her! Rick owned Total Fitness Gym in Fort Wayne for 10 years . Rick has a degree in Exercise Physiology from University of South Florida. Rick started the Indiana State Bodybuilding Show in 1985 and it has continued at the Performing Arts Center every July! We both love motorcycles, cars, health, exercise, and helping others. We are so blessed with so many volunteers who make FWSW what it is today! Loving Life & all the gifts from GOD!
Thank You for all the great tools you have given me. A few weeks ago I said that most people have found their well ummph, or their mojo in this competition and i was still a little lost. But the last three weeks have made me realized that if I don’t use what i am provided or set my own goals i will never succeed, I have now considered myself as worthy and not a failure. I am conquering this challenge, whether or not i will all the prizes, i have won my own prize back… my health and love of life..
So i truly Thank You RIck and Tina for this amazing opportunity…
