    hello everyone,

i know that i havent blogged very much throughout these 14 weeks, but i wanted to take the time and tell you all how important you are to me. all of you have inspired me in some way. being the youngest, i look up to all of you. i know that if you can do it, so can i! i have had some tough times throughout this competition, times where i didnt feel like getting up and coming to workout, but after thinking about it long and hard, i knew that i needed you all and i didnt want to let you down. i would have a bad day, but just thinking of all your smiling faces pushed me through. i want to thank you for all of your encouraging words and thoughtful prayers. i couldnt have done this without all of you. if any of you ever need anything, all you have to do is call. call me to workout with you or just to talk. im here for all of you like you were for me. you are like my second family!!!! so thanks again for everything. good luck to all of you in the future. remember, we can do anything! we have proved that by what we all have accomplished in these last 14 weeks!!! my thoughts and prayers are with you all!!!

    love you all,

    Whitney

Lao Tzu said about 2600 years ago that:
The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.
And another thing that he said was:
If you do not change direction, you may end up where you are heading.
So we have done them both took a first few steps and changed directions to avoid ending up in a not so good place for our health, let’s keep this up… and make it a life time change…

    Remember..
Pain comes an goes, yet memories and friendships made in struggling times last for a life time.
First of al than you for all the encouragement and all the great support on my low days.
This has been a blast, almost as painful as boot camp, but only better; got to sleep in my own bed.
    You girls and guys rock.

As an older song named: Down Deep Into The Pain says…
You gotta go down deep down into the pain
Let it purge your soul like flesh to a razor blade
Dig down deep into the pain
Surrender, surrender, dig in, dig in
Put yourself down deep into the pain
Embrace the bliss of pure sensation
You can’t escape from the ultimate pain
So let your senses drift into Euphoria

Thank you again to Rick, Tina, and all the trainers and other people who made this possible.

I hope to see you around, I feel like I live at Spiece anymore, but what a place to call a second home.

    My very best regards,

    Love, lots of it… ;-)

    Dorin
