    Whitney,

Way to move it this morning. You are doing great. Please don’t get down on yourself about the weigh in this morning. Please know you need to get sleep and take time to not stress. We know you have a very busy schedule. Remember to rest your body.

You can do this! Don’t get down, pick your head up and keep moving forward. Is this the weekend of your reunion? If so, I want pictures and stories!! LOL You are gorgeous and go knock them out this weekend!!

also wanted to mention that it’s not only going to be a challenge physically tomorrow…it’s also going to be a big mental challenge as well. dont let your mind hold you back…its going to try to trick you…its going to tell you that you can’t go on…take yourself somewhere else…push yourself…push through the physical pain…think about how far you’ve come…not how far you have to go…

    Whitney,
Congrats on the marathon, and the overall GREAT job you’ve done in this program. I sometimes forget you’re the youngest in the group, because you are wise and mature beyond your years. I feel the same as you, we HAVE to keep in touch for our future success.
    Peace,

  43. D says:

    Whitney, you rock the world…
Keep up the great work and life will be a great journey…

Lao Tzu said about 2600 years ago that:
The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.
And another thing that he said was:
If you do not change direction, you may end up where you are heading.
So we have done them both took a first few steps and changed directions to avoid ending up in a not so good place for our health, let’s keep this up… and make it a life time change…

    Remember..
Pain comes an goes, yet memories and friendships made in struggling times last for a life time.
First of al than you for all the encouragement and all the great support on my low days.
This has been a blast, almost as painful as boot camp, but only better; got to sleep in my own bed.
    You girls and guys rock.

As an older song named: Down Deep Into The Pain says…
You gotta go down deep down into the pain
Let it purge your soul like flesh to a razor blade
Dig down deep into the pain
Surrender, surrender, dig in, dig in
Put yourself down deep into the pain
Embrace the bliss of pure sensation
You can’t escape from the ultimate pain
So let your senses drift into Euphoria

Thank you again to Rick, Tina, and all the trainers and other people who made this possible.

I hope to see you around, I feel like I live at Spiece anymore, but what a place to call a second home.

    My very best regards,

    Love, lots of it… ;-)
