Hey lady…great job on the track again this morning and thanks for the extra push! You don’t let me get away with anything and that’s awesome! Whenever I run with you I feel the pounds just falling off (well, okay mayby not quite falling off, but I do feel better!). You are looking so awesome!!! Keep it up
Jill-
Thanks for yelling at me to push harder and run faster. I really do need that when I get lazy and slow down. Way to call me out on it. You look so different – a good different!! Hope you are feeling great about your progress! You are amazing.
Diana
Jill,
All I can say is YOU ARE AWESOME! You don’t even look the same, thanks for staying so positive to everyone.

I just wanted to say Thanks for pushing me today. It felt great to have accomplished that. Keep up the great work!
Nicole
Hey Jill – I’ll be okay. I plan on becoming really good friends with ice for the rest of today! I need to be 100% to keep up with you on Saturday – want to be right there with you at the end
I loved your e-mail this morning. I feel so many of the same things you were talking about but you are doing so awesome and look fantastic. You should be very proud of yourself for everything you have accomplished so far. Think back to 3 months ago, did you think you would be running like you are now? Keep the faith – you deserve all good things!!
Great workout! You always push hard! Go Purple!

alrighty dighty its on and poppin’! just checking in to remind you to eat something substantial tonight, eat tomorrow around 4 am, drink plenty of water, goto bed early tonight and remember that we are the healthiest we’ve ever been…we can do this…
also wanted to mention that it’s not only going to be a challenge physically tomorrow…it’s also going to be a big mental challenge as well. dont let your mind hold you back…its going to try to trick you…its going to tell you that you can’t go on…take yourself somewhere else…push yourself…push through the physical pain…think about how far you’ve come…not how far you have to go…
good luck to you tomorrow friend…

Isn’t it amazing – we actually made it the whole way? Wow – think of what else we can accomplish? This is just the beginning for us
Jill-
Thanks for being the one that continues to push me when I want to slow down or give up. Thanks for just being you on Saturday. I was so sorry I missed you crossing the finish line on Saturday. I hope that you are extremely proud of yourself – I know that I am proud of you. Hope you continue to strive for greater things. The next 1/2 marathon is going to seem easy!
Diana
Oh yeah! You did it! How good does it feel to have completed a half marathon? That’s a lotta stinkin’ miles, but many more to come, right?
I’m not to sure how I could let you know just how grateful I am to you for all your support and encouragement. You have made the hard times (like those low numbers on the scale) easier to get through and the good times even better. Thank you, Jill, may you have many more wonderful accomplishments.
Naomi

Jill,
Why you got to be so funny? It was very appreciated on Saturday!

hello everyone,
i know that i havent blogged very much throughout these 14 weeks, but i wanted to take the time and tell you all how important you are to me. all of you have inspired me in some way. being the youngest, i look up to all of you. i know that if you can do it, so can i! i have had some tough times throughout this competition, times where i didnt feel like getting up and coming to workout, but after thinking about it long and hard, i knew that i needed you all and i didnt want to let you down. i would have a bad day, but just thinking of all your smiling faces pushed me through. i want to thank you for all of your encouraging words and thoughtful prayers. i couldnt have done this without all of you. if any of you ever need anything, all you have to do is call. call me to workout with you or just to talk. im here for all of you like you were for me. you are like my second family!!!! so thanks again for everything. good luck to all of you in the future. remember, we can do anything! we have proved that by what we all have accomplished in these last 14 weeks!!! my thoughts and prayers are with you all!!!
love you all,
Whitney

p.s.- PAIN IS JUST WEAKNESS LEAVING THE BODY!!!!
Jill,
Thanks sooooo much for your support and encouragement these past few weeks. I really appreciated you speaking to me each time you passed me or were behind me, letting me know if my pace was good. It may seem minor, but it was MAJOR to me. You are a gem.
Leslie (BL)
I laughed so hard reading your blog yesterday. You have my humor through and through. I have so appreciated getting to know you and cannot afford to lose you as a friend when this is over. So don’t make me say it Jill. If you don’t call or email me you know what I will do. Love ya

Thanks for the nice comments about the pool.
I will always remember those.
You rock, Keep up the great work…
Lao Tzu said about 2600 years ago that:
The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.
And another thing that he said was:
If you do not change direction, you may end up where you are heading.
So we have done them both took a first few steps and changed directions to avoid ending up in a not so good place for our health, let’s keep this up… and make it a life time change…
Remember..
Pain comes an goes, yet memories and friendships made in struggling times last for a life time.
First of al than you for all the encouragement and all the great support on my low days.
This has been a blast, almost as painful as boot camp, but only better; got to sleep in my own bed.
You girls and guys rock.
As an older song named: Down Deep Into The Pain says…
You gotta go down deep down into the pain
Let it purge your soul like flesh to a razor blade
Dig down deep into the pain
Surrender, surrender, dig in, dig in
Put yourself down deep into the pain
Embrace the bliss of pure sensation
You can’t escape from the ultimate pain
So let your senses drift into Euphoria
Thank you again to Rick, Tina, and all the trainers and other people who made this possible.
I hope to see you around, I feel like I live at Spiece anymore, but what a place to call a second home.
My very best regards,
Love, lots of it…
Dorin
I hardly recognized you
You look amazing, thanks for the inspiration
