Glad your feeling better. Now no more sick days. Seriously does the President take sick days? No he suffers through it because he’s needed.
And he’s just the president, for goodness sakes your OUR Trainer.
glad your back!
Your watchful eye keeps us on track! Yes sir!
DanE
EJ: Boy I wish I had your energy, thank you for being there for us today. Keep going on all of your hard work

EJ-
Thank you for the last 3 laps around the gym. I really didn’t think I had that much energy left. I was starting to think that I wasn’t going to make the 2 hour mark, but I think some of your energy might have rubbed off on me. Thanks for believing in me, and pushing me to do my best!
Diana
EJ, I really could not have made it without you yesterday. I am so grateful to you for sticking by my side encouraging me, helping me, getting me through those first bazillion miles. EJ–
Thank you so much for all you do to make the FWSW successful! We are so blessed to have you making the FWSW program what it is! You have help train them to be successful with this marathon.
You are such a caring person and truly show the contestants the proper way to train. Thank you for all your time you give and ask for nothing in return. They all love you!
Thank you for running with all of the contestants and encouraging them to keep going!
You are a very giving person.
Tina and Rick
Just wanted to let everyone know, what an awesome group I think you are, I would never have believed we could do and I’m not sure that without each other we would have, but look at us today, proud and strong,
WE DID IT!
Thank You, Rhonda
I’ll never doubt you again.
Thanks!
Purple Jill
EJ,
Dude, you really made me hurt; and I mean hurt, to levels I would have expected my body would faint. Yet I managed to pull through.
Thank you, thank you, Thank you. (and I could write this for a few days and would still not be enough…) See you around, since Spice is my second home…
Lao Tzu said about 2600 years ago that:
The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.
And another thing that he said was:
If you do not change direction, you may end up where you are heading.
So we have done them both took a first few steps and changed directions to avoid ending up in a not so good place for our health, let’s keep this up… and make it a life time change…
Remember..
Pain comes an goes, yet memories and friendships made in struggling times last for a life time.
First of al than you for all the encouragement and all the great support on my low days.
This has been a blast, almost as painful as boot camp, but only better; got to sleep in my own bed.
You girls and guys rock.
As an older song named: Down Deep Into The Pain says…
You gotta go down deep down into the pain
Let it purge your soul like flesh to a razor blade
Dig down deep into the pain
Surrender, surrender, dig in, dig in
Put yourself down deep into the pain
Embrace the bliss of pure sensation
You can’t escape from the ultimate pain
So let your senses drift into Euphoria
Thank you again to Rick, Tina, and all the trainers and other people who made this possible.
My very best regards,
Love, lots of it…
Dorin

EJ – it helps me a lot just knowing that you are there making sure we have good form, and are working right to the end. My view of my own abilities has changed so much and you are a big prt of that. Thank you.
Thank you so much for pushing us. It’s awesome to know that we have people who want to help us with this so much! I appreciate the advice for my knees, and the fact that you pretty much told me to suck it up and push through it!! You were much nicer than that, but that’s how I’m taking so I’ll do it. I love the workouts we do with you, except for the wall sits, but other than that you’re great!!
EJ – looking forward to another great week of workouts. Thanks for pushing me and I just wanted to say that I want you to push me more….I know I can do it but sometimes in the moment I doubt that I can…

Thanks for your encouraging words. It was a tough one today!
I know I turn super bright red. It’s not just when I workout though, I’m like a walking thermometer, just look at my cheeks and you’ll know if it’s hot because they turn bright red. That’s just a way for you to know that I’m working hard!! Thanks for kicking our butt.
Thanks for working with me this week to get a training routine figured out for the off days. I appreciate all the time and effort you put into our workouts!
EJ….thanks for our chats and for pushing me…..i am feeling a difference in my strength and balance already….i am going to be a lean mean momma by the end of this 15 wks
A few times today I heard your comments and Tina’s coments and it helped me a bunch! Each day, I am trying to do wall squats a bit longer and a bit “deeper” and it seems to be helping my knees!
Thanks for taking some extra time out for me today!! I hope that I’ll see the difference on the scale!! You’re a great pusher!!
Rock on!
