Becky – thank you for the talk today!! i know that this experience is going to be transforming in all areas of my life…can’t wait for you to push me more…I know it all comes from a place of love and support!!
Sarah
Thanks for showing me the weights today! I appreciate you working with us in this program! I’ll be better because of you!!
I am the self-appointed co-director of enthusiasm and wanted you to know how much it means to me that you work us so hard. Through your loving efforts, I am performing at a level I never thought was achievable. About 1000 times a day – maybe each time I step down a step with lessening pain and increasing strength in my legs – I think of you and Spiece – and say thanks!
Becky, Thank you for being such an awesome trainer!!!! I do love to to hate you (only at times)…It is very clear just how much you care about all of us…
Thanks so much
Have a super day,
Shannon
I just want to say thank you for being an excellent trainer and pushing me to the limit. It’s one of the main reasons I wanted to do this. To have that extra push and extra encouragement, and it truly helps. I am also thankful for the daily prayer and devotion. I may not be a real talkative person, but anyone who knows me, knows that my faith is strong. So here’s to 12 more weeks of you pushing us to do our best.
I appreciate you and everything you stand for. Thanks for helping me to do things I thought I would never be able to do again. Your faith helps me to know where you are coming from and it means the world to me that you would pray for my daughter. Prayer helped us through very tough times and prayer is the result and reason my little angel is still on earth. It will also be the reason for being able to complete this program.
Thanks! Jeremy
Becky, Becky, where do I start? Well let me first say how great I think you are. You push us so hard in our work outs, but with a kind and gentle soul. When I applied to be a contestant, I really thought that this was about my waistline. Well, I was sooooooo wrong. This is about me and my whole being. I love what you bring to this program. I really look forward to our daily devotions and prayers. I am a Christian, but we did not go to church very often. Even to this day, I have often felt that I need to find more of my spiritual self. I am blessed to have you everyday spread God’s word and will. Thank you!
Sincerely,
Holly
Thanks for all that you do for us! Its nice to know you care about us to push us! It’s what I need right now! Thanks for the prayers!
Thank you so much for pushing me. Just when I think I can’t go any longer, you chime in to push that thought out of my head. I am so thankful to have this opportunity to work with you guys. Thank you so much for taking time to work with us and all the support.
Becky you are awesome. It’s great to be pushed to my limits. Thank you!
Each workout has pushed me to my limits and I am amazed at how much more I am capable of! Each day I promise myself to push further. I don’t want to let you down and love that you push me.
Please keep on loving me more than I deserve and pushing me farther than I believe possible!!
Thanks for showing me those stretches this morning! This is the best my legs have felt in days! Also, thanks for pushing me to the limits! The butt kickings are extremely helpful!
Becky, thanks so much for all of your help today with my injury…I am really just hoping it is a bruise…I really do appreciate you trying to make me feel better and getting me in touch with your dr and calling him for me…Thanks so much..You are so awesome and caring…
Lots of love,
Shannon
I know I may be repeating myself but thanks so much for caring..I really felt alone today…thanks for making me like I could still work out no matter what..I still road that bike and burned that calories:) YAY!!!! I hope I can still kick butt!!!!!
God Bless,
Shannon
You have an OLYMPIC-SIZED heart and it shows every day. I am happy for all of us that we get to see you twice a week – so early in the morning. It makes me feel stronger mentally and physically knowing you have so much knowledge and experience. Thank you for devoting your time and passion to us.
You’re an awesome trainer! Like my own personal Jillian Michaels!!! Though for now, you seem nicer than her! Thank you so much for pushing us. I love it that we get to do boxing, because it’s something I’ve always loved and wanted to try. Most of all, I love the devotions and prayer that you’ve provided us with. God’s the one who’s helped me with the toughest times in my life, and this should be no different. I’m greatful to you for bringing Him into perspective on a daily basis. Thank you!!
THANK YOU FOR THE ENCOURAGEMENT AND SUPPORT YOU ARE SHOWING ME AND EVERONE ELSE
Beck….is it ok if i call you Beck? You are truely a long awaited answer to a prayer….That first day of training when you ended with a devotion and then Tom prayed…..I knew God had his hand in this. This program is off the hook…not only are you pushing me to limits I never dreamt possible….you guys are addressing Spiritual concerns….emotional and behavioral….thank you so much for investing you time, talents, and energy into improving my quality of life…..

Becky you are great! Thanks for sharing with us. It is a great way to start my day. Thanks for putting yourself out there for workouts & devotions.
Wow! Today was something! I am at a lose for words, but just know that you have my attention!
Becky, I love how you keep pushing us harder and harder! Thanks for loving us enough to do that!!
Beck…..thanks for the invitation to come to Lincoln Park….i know Rhonda is going to be great when we can work it into our schedules….thanks for addressing more than our physical strength
Bring it on – I am willing!
I know that every workout is tough and it’s going to get harder and harder every day, but thanks to all of you, I leave the gym feeling better about myself after every workout. Thank you for pushing me and making me stronger, physically and mentally. I still have a long way to go, but I’m up for it and will give it my all. So keep pushing!
Great job of pushing us to day, and we do still love you.
For me where were you about 40 years ago!!!!!!!

Becky: I am calling the Doctor this AM because she is now talking me off of the blood pressure meds fast enough. I have explained the Fort Wayne’s Smallest Winner to her but I don’t think she really understands. I have never been on blood pressure meds, except only after the surgery in Nov. Pressure thought Feb was anywhere from 160 to 190 over 92.
I was on three different meds, she says it is dangerous to remove all at once. I am off of one and 1/2 of the second. Blood pressure this morning at home was at 104 over 55 when I got up and 114 over 66 before I left the house this morning. Before the surgery in Nov. I was always at 120 over 81. I am not happy with my weight loss and I will continue to push myself. Thanks for the love and keep pushing us.
Oh yea! I still can’t feel my legs.

Talked to the Doc this afternoon, pill no. 2 is no more
Down to 1, it will take a couple weeks to a month to be completely off the blood pressure meds.

You’re kicking our butts!! But, that’s what we need. I’ve never worked so hard in my life. Thanks for the push!
I am hangin’ up my dancin’ shoes and trading them for boxing gloves!
Becky,
I have been trying to work on keeping my arm up by lifting weights, that way I don’t get tagged for droping my arm.
You and Tom are probably professional boxing trainers, if not, maybe you should be.
Thanks for all your help.
Dan
Thanks for such a great workout this morning..That was great of you to train with us on a Saturday morning…Way to start our weekend of GREAT!!! I can’t wait to box again, but thanks for still pushing me…

Beck, Missed ya today. I trust God had other plans for you that were more pressing. Tom and the other trainer did a good job pushing us today. I did miss boxing and all your loving words of encouragement
I missed your devotional as the Lord always gives you a message to share that is so closely related to something going on in my life. Ty for all you are doing to transform my life not only physically but spiritually as well. Take Care and God Bless,
Your Sister in Christ,

Becky – thinking of you all, each morning – and mentally preparing myself for my return. Am comforted knowing I will be under the watchful eye of experts!
Becky,
I missed you on Thursday. I hope you are feeling ok…I just want to thank you for your support, encouragement, and training, but also for making me realize that I am not taking my spirtual journey serious enough…I have lost sense of my priorities of the last few years and I am getting them back in order and I want to thank you so much for that…It means so much to me…You may scare me a bit when you train us but as soon as you pray my heart just instantly gets put to ease… THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!
HUGS,
Shannon
Becky,

Thanks for taking the time to work with us yesterday. You continue to go above and beyond what you don’t have to do, but choose to do. All because you care. And I truly thank you. I will be forever grateful.
I feel blessed and honored to be one of your “stdents”! Thanks for helping me through this difficult time!
Becky thank you so much for training us on Saturday mornings. I would much rather work out with you then try to learn step or dance around a room looking like an idiot doing Groove! It shows your commitment to us and how much you really care about us. If we said thank you a million times it would not be enough!
Thank you so for much for being such a huge encouragement and blessing! Your tough love has been so beneficial for all of us! Also, thanks for training us one Saturdays! It’s totally above and beyond and I appreciate it!
Lisa
Becky – it was great having you there on Saturday to help encourage and cheer us on during the mini! You really livened up Dead Man’s Corner!! Thought it was awesome that everyone was able to do such a great job – thanks to the incredible training provided by you all! You have truly been a blessing throughout this experience. Can’t wait to start bootcamp next week!!
