Steve
Tom-
Thanks for pushing me to do my best. Sometimes I don’t know what my best is. But you give us that gift, and it is something I will never forget. I am so thankful for you and your belief in us.
Diana
Thank you for getting us so far. Sure we do the punchin’, runnin’ and sweatin, but it’s with your guidance and support that gets us to the end.
Thanks for your encouragement yesterday. Wow, 13.1 miles, who woulda thunk it
Naomi
Tom,
You truly are AMAZING!!! You have gave so much to this group. We are so blessed to have you training this group. You have made the FWSW what it is. Your gentle words, your constant support and guidance is second to none. We know they were able to do what they did yesterday as you guided them every step of the way.
Thank you for everything, all your time and talents.
You are a blessing!
We are lucky to go thru this as a team!
Tina and Rick
Just wanted to let everyone know, what an awesome group I think you are, I would never have believed we could do and I’m not sure that without each other we would have, but look at us today, proud and strong,
WE DID IT!
Thank You, Rhonda
Tom thanks so much for all you have done for me these last 15 weeks. And especially on Saturday. Without you caring I wouldn’t have made it. I appreciate everything about you. Please keep in touch.

Tom,
You are awesome; just a little frown from you and we all worked 10 times harder. Thanks for using psychology to push us to levels not known to man kind. You are always an inspiration and a great raw model.
Lao Tzu said about 2600 years ago that:
The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.
And another thing that he said was:
If you do not change direction, you may end up where you are heading.
So we have done them both took a first few steps and changed directions to avoid ending up in a not so good place for our health, let’s keep this up… and make it a life time change…
Remember..
Pain comes an goes, yet memories and friendships made in struggling times last for a life time.
First of al than you for all the encouragement and all the great support on my low days.
This has been a blast, almost as painful as boot camp, but only better; got to sleep in my own bed.
You girls and guys rock.
As an older song named: Down Deep Into The Pain says…
You gotta go down deep down into the pain
Let it purge your soul like flesh to a razor blade
Dig down deep into the pain
Surrender, surrender, dig in, dig in
Put yourself down deep into the pain
Embrace the bliss of pure sensation
You can’t escape from the ultimate pain
So let your senses drift into Euphoria
Thank you again to Rick, Tina, and all the trainers and other people who made this possible.
I hope to see you around, I feel like I live at Spiece anymore, but what a place to call a second home.
My very best regards,
Love, lots of it…
Dorin
Tom- thank you for the workout yesterday it was a great way to begin this journey. I am so excited with your trust and beliefs, not too many flash it around thank you, i truly do know we are in great hands
Tom – thank you for the great workout today! I am getting tired of marching and arm circles but I know that I am only getting stronger every day!! Thanks also for your love, encouragement, and support!! Looking forward to having you torture me even more….
Big hugs and kisses to you! Each day – as I travel around for work – I notice that my legs are stronger and my pain level in my knees is lessened. Those changes have come about – in large part – because your LOVING but FIRM encouragements have me working at a level that I could not have reached on my own! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Tom
Thank you for pushing us so hard…I do want to cry during workouts sometimes, but I sure feel great when we are done:)
Thanks so much,
Shannon

Tom,
I love your eagerness and willingness to share your knowledge with us. I really admire your comittment to me and this program. Thank you so much.
Thanks for everything you do for us and your willingness to make sure we are giving it our all. You all mean the world to me on my path to overall wellness.
Thanks, Jeremy
Thank you so much for all of he encouraging words and drive. Just when I feel I cannot go any longer you ring in with another phrase. Thank you for that. Thank you for pushing me so hard, I need it and know I do whatever you guys throw at us. Thank you for taking the time to work with us, we greatly appreciate it.
Thanks Tom for all that you do. You do a great job of motivating and also coaching us to make sure we are doing it correctly.
Each workout has pushed me to my limits and I am amazed at how much more I am capable of! Each day I promise myself to push further. Loved it when you were holding the bag – made me feel like I had to punch harder and I was able to!! Didn’t think I had anything left but you pulled it out of me!
Please keep on loving me more than I deserve and pushing me farther than I believe possible!!
Thank-you for continuing to push us harder and harder everyday. I look forward to Tuesday and Thursday workouts!
Having your confident spirit and compassion is helping me – and I am sure others – work at a level well beyond my wildest expectations. Thank you for devoting yourself to us!
Thank you for the daily drive! I don’t like to be yelled at and you’re a yeller. But that’s a good thing because that’s what pushes me, and for some reason you guys yelling at me isn’t quite as bad because you’re doing it for a good reason. You’re so selfless to take the time to help us and for that I’m greatful. Thanks for pushing me and I hope you’ll do it to the end!
THANK YOU FOR THE ENCOURAGEMENT AND SUPPORT YOU ARE SHOWING ME AND EVERONE ELSE
Thomas….thank you so much for pushing me and encouraging me….you are an awesome man of God and I thank you for being true to our dear Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
To Seek God,one need not go on a pilgrimage or light lamps fed with ghee and burn incense before the image of the deity or anoint it or paint it with vermilion. For he resides in our hearts. If we could humbly obliterate in us the consciousness of our physical body, we could see Him face to face. -Ghandi-
Thanks Tom for your drive when we are boxing! Push us! I need it! Thanks!
Tom, thank-you for your loving us enough to keep pushing us harder and harder in the workouts. Also, thank-you for checking with Dr. Ross for me. I really appreciate the time you are giving to make us all better people (inside and out)!!!
Tom,
I look forward to continued training with you as well as growing spiritually with you. God Bless
It was great to see you in front of ABS today
I think you looked like a rock star on TV and am so glad others got to hear your message. Thank you for sharing your gifts.
Tom: I am calling the Doctor this AM because she is now talking me off of the blood pressure fast enough. I have explained the Fort Wayne’s Smallest Winner to her but I don’t think she really understands. I have never been on blood pressure meds, except only after the surgery in Nov. Pressure thought Feb was anywhere from 160 to 190 over 92.
I was on three different meds, she says it is dangerous to remove all at once. I am off of one and 1/2 of the second. Blood pressure this morning at home was at 104 over 55 when I got up and 114 over 66 before I left the house this morning. Before the surgery in Nov. I was always at 120 over 81. I am not happy with my weight loss and I will continue to push myself. Thanks for the love and keep pushing us.
Oh yea! I still can’t feel my legs.

Talked to the Doc this afternoon, pill no. 2 is no more
Down to 1, it will take a couple weeks to a month to be completely off the blood pressure meds.

Glad to see your recent fame has not taken you to Hollywod yet – we still need you here!
Tom,
I want to thank you for your words of inspiration today. Have a wonderful evening.

Congratulations on the new career opportunity. We’ll miss you yelling at us 2 days a week, although we will at least have you for one. I’m sure Becky will make up for it on Thursdays. Lol! Kidding. I don’t say alot during workouts, but I am truly thankful and grateful for all that you do. I wish you all the best!
Wishing you all the best in your new endeavors – marriage and career. So exciting!
